No two bodies arrive needing exactly the same thing. Rather than moving through a predetermined routine, each Cáscara session is responsive — shaped by what your body communicates in the moment. Depending on your needs, your session may weave together therapeutic touch, breathwork, skincare and restorative techniques to support greater ease, awareness and connection.

I have always felt deeply
I have always understood the world through my senses. Long before bodywork became my profession, touch was one of the ways I connected, with animals, with people, with the environment around me. Over more than 26 years of working with therapeutic touch, what was once simply instinct became practice. I don't approach the body as something to control or correct. I listen with my hands. There is a rhythm to the work — almost like dancing — and when that connection is present, time has a way of disappearing.
My role isn't to fix you. It's to pay attention.At CÁSCARA SOMATIC STUDIO we believe that we are wired for connection.There is something profoundly human about being met through intentional, caring touch. It reminds the body that it is not alone. At Cáscara, connection isn't forced. It happens when there is enough safety to receive — when practitioner and client are both present, listening and open to the experience.
Sometimes what we come for isn't simply relaxation. It's the feeling of being back inside yourself.
